• Forest permits (₹1500-₹3000 per person)
• Equipment rentals if booked
• Third-party service charges
• Banking/transaction fees (2-5%)

3. Special Cases

• Medical Emergencies:
  • Full credit with valid medical certificate
  • Must be submitted within 3 days of cancellation
• Weather Cancellations:
  • Full credit voucher or 50% refund
  • Decision by trek leader only
• No Shows:
  • 100% forfeiture
  • No rescheduling allowed

4. Refund Process

• Processing time: 7-21 working days
• Refund method: Original payment mode
• Credit vouchers issued immediately
• ₹500 processing fee for cash refunds
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Allowed once per booking
• 15% rescheduling fee
• Must be done 72 hours before trek date
• Subject to availability
